
The Role
Seeking a skilled chef to craft nourishing, locally-inspired meals for our guests.
You’ll lead kitchen operations, plan health-conscious menus, and create dishes that feel both wholesome and indulgent. Must be confident, collaborative, and passionate about food and willing to travel for on-site retreats.
Responsabilities
Plan and prepare daily meals: cook and serve three nourishing, family-style meals each day, focusing on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and health-conscious recipes.
Create wholesome snacks & drinks: provide additional offerings such as energising snacks, smoothies, or healthy drinks throughout the day to support guest wellness.
Lead kitchen operations: oversee all aspects of the kitchen during the retreat, including food prep, organisation, cleanliness, and time management.
Design balanced menus: craft menus that are both nutritious and indulgent, accommodating dietary restrictions and enhancing the retreat experience.
Maintain flexibility:adapt to changing schedules and guest needs with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Engage with guests: be a friendly, approachable presence during meals and activities; contribute to a warm, communal atmosphere.
Collaborate with the team: work closely with other staff members to align the food experience with the overall retreat vibe.
Bring a positive attitude: show up with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for food and wellness.
English speaking required: strong communication skills in English are essential for team coordination and guest interaction.
