Welcome to Get Fit Away. By booking a retreat or purchasing services through our website, you’re agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below. Please take a moment to read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Payment
Get Fit Away retreats can be paid in full at the time of booking through our website. Your place is confirmed immediately once full payment is received.
All payments are securely processed via Shopify. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (Amex), Discover, Diners Club and Elo.
1.2 Deposits
Alternatively, you can secure your place with a non-refundable deposit of £500. If you choose to pay via deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days before the retreat start date. A payment link will be sent to you via email, and the final balance must be paid in one single transaction.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments made.

3.1 Travel Insurance
All retreat guests are required to have valid travel insurance. Your policy should include cover for:
Emergency medical treatment and assistance
Trip cancellations, delays, or missed transport connections
Lost or stolen baggage, and personal liability
Get Fit Away cannot be held liable for any expenses resulting from travel disruptions, healthrelated incidents, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
3.2 Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and all documents necessary to enter the retreat destination and return to your country of residence.
This includes (but is not limited to) pre-arrival forms, vaccination certificates, proof of insurance, health declarations, and other border control documents.
Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Please check the specific entry requirements for your destination before travelling.
We are not responsible for delays, denied entry, or additional costs due to incomplete, expired, or incorrect travel documentation.
4. Health & Fitness
4.1 Health & Medical Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in all retreat activities.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe it may compromise your safety or that of others.
4.2 Personal Belongings
We recommend that all guests take appropriate care of their personal items throughout the retreat. Get Fit Away is not responsible for any belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay. For peace of mind, we advise storing valuables such as passports, cash, and electronics in your hotel room safe whenever unattended.
5. Minimum Age
All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of the retreat.
We do not accept bookings from individuals under the age of 18.
6. Liability & Indemnity
Participation in any retreat is voluntary, and guests accept all associated risks.
Get Fit Away is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused directly by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify Get Fit Away Ltd, including its staff, contractors, and partners, against any claims resulting from your actions during the retreat.
7. Accommodation & Facilities
Room allocations are based on availability and your selected package. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee specific room requests.
We are not liable for disruptions or issues caused by third-party accommodation providers.
8. Conduct
We promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.
Guests are expected to treat fellow participants, staff, and local communities with kindness and respect.
9. Travel Delays & Missed Connections
We are not responsible for any missed flights, transport delays, or connections. Guests are encouraged to book flexible travel arrangements and arrive on time for the start of the retreat.
10. Changes to the Itinerary
Retreat itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, local availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant changes as early as possible.
11. Photo / Video Release – Use of Image
By attending a Get Fit Away retreat, you grant us permission to photograph or film you during the experience and to use this material for promotional or commercial purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins. Otherwise, you waive the right to inspect or approve the final media and release Get Fit Away Ltd from any liability related to its use.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Data Protection
We comply with UK GDPR regulations. Your personal data will be handled securely and used only for purposes related to managing your booking and delivering your retreat experience.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your booking or participation will be subject to the jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
