
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic personal trainer to join our retreat team. You'll lead group fitness sessions, motivate guests, and support day-to-day operations on site. A strong background in functional and HYROX training is essential, and experience in boxing or other disciplines would be a bonus. We're after someone friendly, people-focused, and genuinely passionate about helping others feel their best. Must be available to travel for on-site retreat dates.
Responsabilities
Lead daily workout sessions: deliver engaging and challenging group fitness classes, with a focus on functional training and HYROX-style workouts.
Motivate and support guests: provide personalised encouragement and fitness advice, creating a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
Assist with daily operations: help with the smooth running of the retreat, including setup of fitness areas, coordination of activities, and guest check-ins.
Host and engage participants: act as a friendly, approachable point of contact for guests; participate in meals, activities, and casual interactions to foster community spirit.
Adapt sessions for all levels: modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
Collaborate with team members: work closely with retreat staff to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
Contribute to the atmosphere: be a proactive, positive presence that embodies the retreat’s values of wellness, community, and transformation.
